From Fort Worth: Take I-35W North. Merge onto I-35E South via exit 85A. After 4 miles, take Exit 462 (State School/Mayhill Rd). The gym is 0.3 miles down on the access road.
From Gainsville/North of Denton: Take 35 South to I-35E South via the ramp on the left. After 4 miles, take Exit 462 (State School/Mayhill Rd). The gym is 0.3 miles down on the access road.
